Back home in Singapore, Eric’s company Charisma Academy has signed a two year strategic partnership MOU with the National Trade Union Congress to help the government reskill and upskill 160,000 salespeople in Singapore.

As the chief advisor to the Sales Professional Association chapters, Eric also leads the roundtable made up of regional sales leaders and seasoned industry practitioners to develop the “Future of Selling” curriculum.
